FFF Enterprises Awarded Exclusive Influenza Vaccine Contract for State of California Agencies

April 4, 2006 Media Release

TEMECULA, Calif. - FFF Enterprises Inc., a multidimensional healthcare corporation based in Temecula, Calif., today announced the award of an exclusive influenza vaccine distribution contract with the State of California, Department of General Services Procurement Division, for the 2006-2007 flu season. State agencies participating in the agreement include the Department of Corrections, California State Universities, California State Hospitals, Department of Veterans Affairs, California Youth Authority, Department of Developmental Services and the California Highway Patrol Academy.

"We are honored to receive an exclusive contract with the State of California for a second year," said Patrick M. Schmidt, president and CEO of FFF Enterprises. "The trust this agreement represents in FFF's secure flu vaccine supply channel and our responsible pricing means a lot to our entire team. We are pleased to have the opportunity to once again help safeguard the health of state employees, and those they serve, in our home state."

FFF Enterprises' unique distribution model entails purchasing flu vaccine from manufacturers only and shipping only to healthcare providers. This protects the vaccine and the patient who receives it from the risks of counterfeiting, tampering, mishandling and irresponsible pricing inherent in secondary and gray channels.

"FFF has long been committed to ensuring a safe, secure drug supply for our customers," said Patrick M. Schmidt, FFF CEO and president. "They must be confident that the biopharmaceuticals they purchase are safe for their patients. In fact, we expect our new VEP system to validate that FFF's unique business model of purchasing only from the manufacturer and distributing only to the healthcare provider is the single most effective way to secure the pharmaceutical supply channel, without the need for expensive technology and hardware. Limiting the number of transactions protects products - and patients - from the risks of secondary and gray market distributors, which is typically where counterfeiters enter the supply channel."
