Measles is spreading across the US with a total of 935 confirmed cases being reported by 30 jurisdictions, according to the latest data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Thirteen percent of cases involved hospitalizations; three deaths have been confirmed. By comparison, there were a total of 285 confirmed measles cases in 2024.
