Our mission is to continuously improve BioSupply® for a best-in-class experience for our customers. This year has been no exception.
Please explore our latest upgrades to improve your purchasing experience!
- Prompt Pay Discount is now visible on your Invoice History page. Additionally, it will only appear in its new location while eligible. Previously, the Prompt Pay Discount was only available by accessing invoice PDFs via Order History.
- A toggle for Split Billing that turns manual ordering on or off is now available in two convenient locations: on your Personal Details Page (top right) and directly on a Product Listing Page under Site Settings (top left). Any toggle change made in one location will automatically update the other.
Additional 2025 BioSupply Upgrades
In addition to the recent improvements listed above, our team implemented several updates throughout 2025, including:
- Enhanced mobile views and interface
- Toggle to hide/show product images
- Shop/order by manufacturer option, with manufacturers listed in order of your historical order volume (*you can filter the list alphabetically or search manually)
- Ability to pay online invoices by credit card
- Ability to pay debits and apply applicable credits online in Order History
- Multi-account reports are consolidated into a single tab, simplifying sorting, filtering, and data analysis for locations managing multiple accounts
- Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for secure access
- Orders grouped by shipment with tracking and SSCC/HU numbers displayed for both desktop and mobile views
- Easily update your respiratory vaccine reservations in BioSupply before the May 1 deadline each season without calling Wow! Customer Care. Changes, including who made them, are tracked in the "Respiratory Vaccines Total Activity" tab, visible only when modifications occur. Daily emails summarize any changes.
- Manage/review respiratory season order totals, delivery calendar, and YOY graphs
- Product Listing and Description pages are more streamlined and offer more product results per page
Additionally, the new customer onboarding process is now fully digitized! The improved online system ensures new accounts are created within one business day of receiving a completed application. Clear, automated messages keep customers informed every step of the way.
