New Features & Functionality

Recurring Orders (Autoshipments)

Now you can easily set up recurring orders to help you streamline your product deliveries and inventory. Login to BioSupply® to get started with scheduled, automatic shipments today!

Notes about new functionality:

  • The same PO number will be used for each recurring order.
  • You will receive automatic shipments for the items set up as recurring orders.
  • You will receive an advanced shipment notification reminding you that your order will ship in three (3) days. When you receive the notification, if you decide to skip that shipment, please log in, go to Recurring Orders, and click Skip Next Order. If you skip a shipment, the system will push the order to the next scheduled frequency date.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when you initiate a recurring order, confirming the items you selected and the frequency you established. You will also receive an order confirmation on the day the order is placed in the system according to the frequency you scheduled.
  • All products, including controlled substances, stock items, allocations, and split billing purchases, can be set up as recurring orders.
  • The only exceptions are assay products and short-dated items.
  • If an item is on backorder, the system will still place the order, and the backorder will ship when the item becomes available.
  • If the recurring order ship date lands on a weekend or holiday, the order will ship the following business day.

Order History Report Exporting

  • Go to My Account and select Reports from the drop-down menu.
  • Or visit the Orders page and select Export Report.

Invoice History Report Exporting

  • Go to My Account and select Reports from the drop-down menu.
  • Or visit the Invoices page and select Export Report.

Customer FAQs:

Q: I haven't received the reset password email.

Please check the spam folder, as your spam filtering system may have misidentified the email as spam. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact your IT department for further assistance.

Q: The reset password buttons/links in the FFF email are not working.

Your IT department may have disabled hyperlinks from all inbound emails from outside your network. If this is the case, please right-click on the button/link, click Copy Link Address, and paste the URL in a web browser address bar.

Q: Everything seems correct, but the new password I set is not working.

You may have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. Please email our Tech Support Team at to re-enable your access.

To reset your password:

  • Click one of the links below to go to BioSupply® or MyFluVaccine®
  • Click Login
  • Enter your email address and existing password
  • You will receive a popup as shown below
  • Click Go to Forgot Password
  • Enter your email address and click Submit
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

Note: Microsoft no longer supports the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application. If you are currently using Internet Explorer, you will experience poor performance when using BioSupply® and MyFluVaccine®.
