FFF's Return Protocol for 2017-18 Influenza Vaccines

In the event that you will be returning 2017-18 influenza vaccine product, here are the necessary steps to complete the process.

For flu vaccines ordered direct from FFF, the products listed below are eligible for return for the full purchase price as a credit to be applied to account:

Full boxes of 10 prefilled syringes must be in their original unopened cartons.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN OF GOODS AUTHORIZATION
To ensure a successful return process you MUST submit and request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Go to MyFluVaccine.com to complete the online RGA request form. Please follow and read the complete instructions here.

Important: Returns cannot be accepted without this RGA number!

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping eligible return product to FFF Enterprises.

No refrigerated packaging is required, however all product must be properly packaged so that it will not be damaged during transit.
