He has instilled a sense of calm and clarity in organizations throughout his career which resulted in financial stability and growth. He has a proven ability to foster critical relationships and partnerships, identify and act on key mergers and acquisitions that strengthen a company's standing and growth potential and bring financial discipline through best practices and financial controls. Wayne aligns all stakeholders towards goal attainment and has built world-class teams ensuring that each member is consistently developing their expertise and abilities through coaching and training.

With a professional career spanning over 35 years and with a sense of calm under pressure and a reassuring tone, Wayne has confidently led organizations through both positive and negative business cycles, built and maintained trusted relationships and set road maps for success. Wayne has served as CFO and CEO for middle market growth companies as well as large organizations and early stage businesses. Wayne holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Hofstra University. He is a CPA (inactive) and holds a number of additional professional licenses.
