Jon Hahn

Chief Information Officer

Jon is an innovative and results-driven IT executive with significant experience in leading global companies through IT transformation and modernization. At FFF, Jon has been driving digital transformations, utilizing world-class commercial application platforms, powerful analytics, and an Agentic/AI engine, leading cybersecurity and infrastructure technologies, hybrid multi-clouds, custom-developed unique industry solutions, RPA, and AI.

Prior to joining FFF, Jon served as the Vice President and CIO for Semtech Corporation, a publicly traded fabless semiconductor business with global operations. Jon successfully executed the technology transformation roadmap that enabled the company to scale and double its revenue in 4 years. Prior to Semtech, Jon served as the Vice President and CIO for Telmar Network Technology, Inc., a privately held global telecommunications service and spares management provider to many of the world's largest carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and Telefonica in Europe.

Throughout his career, Jon demonstrated that he is skilled in building high-performance IT organizations in support of the company's business strategy, goals, and mission.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, in Computer Science, and a Master of Science degree from UCLA. Jon and his wife, Jennifer, live in the Temecula Valley and have two grown children.
