Tony has consistently earned roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across various therapeutic categories. With a comprehensive network of industry professionals and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace, Tony's strategic thinking and analytical skills have been instrumental in driving successful product launches and customer expansion. His expertise, leadership, achievements—as well as his contributions to industry organizations, advisory boards, and committees—continue to earn him recognition and respect throughout the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

In his prior role as Chief Commercial Officer at Monarch Specialty Group, Tony led strategic initiatives to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, focusing on the commercialization of a Healthcare and Financial technology platform to optimize prescription profitability and enhance patient access solutions for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

Previously as VP and General Manager of the Medical Dermatology Business Unit and Consumer Care Business Unit Sales at Galderma, Tony implemented Galderma’s integrated Dermatology and market strategy, achieving category leadership positions and financial targets. His launch of an innovative end-to-end commercial model and product portfolio transformation, powered by a science-based co-positioning strategy and selling model, resulted in Galderma being recognized as the number one salesforce in the Medical Dermatology industry.

Prior to joining Galderma, Tony gained extensive commercial expertise at Sanofi in Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Channel Strategy, and Strategic Planning. As Head of Sales, U.S.– Vaccine Business, he led strategies to maximize portfolio value and achieve excellence in commercial execution, resulting in consistent growth in Pediatric, Adult, and Travel vaccine portfolios.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Systems Thinking from Villanova University.
