 FFF Enterprises is very pleased to offer our VIP, an important component of our commitment to Guaranteed Channel Integrity™. Traditional consignment programs place product in a vulnerable state, outside a guaranteed secure channel: Products leave FFF's possession but ownership of the products is not claimed by a customer until need for the product arises.
In FFF's quest to assure the integrity of our supply channel, from manufacturer to FFF to customer, we have structured the VIP supply channel to allow you to continue to avoid expensive inventory costs while channel integrity is maintained.
VIP offers you a flexible, extended-term plan, so that you can continue to stock more expensive therapies with unpredictable demand. FFF ships you the product, you assume possession, and you may choose from 30- to 90-day payment terms.
VIP allows us to simultaneously maintain channel integrity and guarantee that you have critical-care therapies in your inventory when your patients need them.
If you choose to participate in VIP, you will be billed at the contract price, plus a modest VIP fee. You may then choose any of several payment options, and, if you pay the invoice earlier, you will receive a discount off the VIP fee. Please see the term options below.

The contracted selling price for products sold under VIP will
be increased by a fee of 3% to offset FFF's costs of administering
the program.

Payments not received within 91 days will be assessed at a 1.5% late payment fee, with an additional 1.5% fee added monthly thereafter.
