Keith Sinclair, director of operations, has been with FFF since 1992. “I’ve kind of grown up with FFF. Over the years, we’ve implemented some tremendous supply-channel innovations, from our custom cold-chain packaging to our first-in-the-industry Verified Electronic Pedigree. And our coming expansion allows us to duplicate our world-class, uniquely secure distribution methods. I’m proud of our team. If my son were ill, there is no other company I would trust to handle his product with absolute care.”
Cynthia Robbins is the director of pharmacy contracting for a leading U.S. group purchasing organization (GPO). “The strength and depth of experience of FFF’s internal and external customer-facing teams was a deciding factor in Premier’s decision to award FFF a five-year, sole-source distribution contract to service the plasma and recombinant product needs of more than 1,600 hospitals and more than 42,000 alternate site healthcare members of both Premier and Innovatix.”

Whitney Stuart, vice president of national accounts, came to FFF from the American Red Cross. “I was enthusiastic about the move because of FFF’s unwavering passion for being the most secure source of plasma products and vaccines with the highest commitment to customer service. Our GPO partners value that passion, and I believe that’s why Premier awarded FFF our third sole-source distribution agreement with them — it’s really extraordinary!”

Chris Ground is FFF’s senior vice president of national
accounts.“I lost a dear friend to disease because our nation’s supply channel failed him. I don’t want to see that happen again,
ever. This is why FFF’s vision of channel integrity is so important. Our nation must have a stable and secure channel that
protects patients from the volatility of inconsistent supply, manufacturer consolidation and the abuses of unethical distribution practices. FFF’s Guaranteed Channel Integrity proves it’s possible. Customers and patients are confident that the critical- care products and vaccines we ship are safe, ethically priced and will arrive when they need them.”

Julie Pitruzzello is an FFF territory manager and Pharmacy Purchasing Outlook’s 2005 sales representative of the year. “When one of our customers said FFF’s MyFluVaccine program had literally saved their flu clinics, I knew exactly what she meant. Patients at risk of influenza complications can’t suffer the additional risks of unreliable vaccine supply. MyFluVaccine assures customers receive complete orders on the dates they choose, and customers love it because it protects their patients!”
It is about the patients. Schmidt explained: “Their stories are poignant — the sorrow of struggling for access to care; the joy of finding a community of peers. We are touched by it all, so we support efforts to assure patients live with more joy than sorrow. Our IG Living magazine brings together the entire community of patients treated with immune globulin products and their providers; so does the Alliance for Plasma Therapies, whose mission is to create a unified voice of patient organizations, providers, decision-makers and industry leaders to advocate for fair access to immune globulin therapies. We’re also creating a patient registry to provide the nation’s first accurate accounting of immune globulin product usage and outcomes. It needs to be done, we’re able to do it, and it will help patients: This is our driving philosophy.”
Bill Lewis, FFF’s senior vice president of sales, has been in the industry for more than 40 years. “I’ve seen a lot of companies’ fortunes rise and fall, deserving or not. So, when FFF reached record revenues of $927 million in 2006, it made me proud. In fact, other than my family, there is nothing I’ve done that makes me more proud than my time at FFF. It brings tears to my old Irish eyes, working for a company that has achieved such deserved success and respect.”
