Nancy Creadon
Vice President, VaxAmerica
Nancy Creadon brings a wealth of hands-on experience to her position as Vice President of VaxAmerica. Nancy joined VaxAmerica in 2008. With broad experience as an RN, Nancy’s professional background includes key positions as a Case Manager for Ohio Health; Director of Clinical Services for Gentiva Health Services; General Manager of Option Care; and General Manager of Critical Care Systems. In her role as Vice President of VaxAmerica, Nancy has played a pivotal role in launching VaxAmerica, a new program developed by FFF to help increase vaccination rates across the country by making it easy, convenient and affordable.
Nancy attended the Ohio State University and Mount Carmel College of Nursing and, after graduating, worked in the coronary intensive care, recovery room, solid organ transplant and oncology fields before moving into homecare and pharmacy. Her clinical experience has proven very beneficial as she transitioned into operational and leadership roles. Nancy has two children; both attend Ohio University.
