PLEASE HELP TO DESIGNATE MAY AS NATIONAL AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES MONTH!

We have some wonderful news! Representative Steve Israel (D-NY) is working hard to pass Resolution 258 that would establish May as National Autoimmune Diseases Awareness month. Similar legislation has already been passed in the Senate.

This resolution also calls for increasing research to discover the root causes of autoimmune diseases and to determine the best diagnostic methods and treatments. Read Rep. Israel's letter to his colleagues requesting they join his effort.
