Flu Shots Required for Health Workers
Blanchard Valley Heath System is using a firmer hand to encourage its employees to get a flu vaccine this year. For the first time, clinical employees are being required this year to get the flu vaccine. If the workers refuse the vaccine, they must attend 30-minute education program, sign a form declining the vaccine and wear a mask during flu season outbreak periods.
